GOLD Coast developer MHLA, has sold almost 50 per cent of the first stage in its $38 million Robina Fairways to the tune of $6.5 million.

JLV Real Estate property consultant Michael Ryan, said the quick sale of homes in the first stage is testament to the quality of the development and the high demand for upmarket affordable villas in an area experiencing rapid growth.

GOLD Coast developer MHLA, has completed its first exclusive home in the $50 million Robina Fairways estate.
Shoreline Constructions completed the first home for Robina Fairways last week which will now become the on-site display home and sales office. When completed, the home will become the permanent on-site manager’s residence.
